MCW 2011

The Maintenance Cost Workshop is an annual meeting intended to help operators reduce their maintenance costs by sharing experiences with all members of the Embraer aircraft family - other operators, suppliers, MROs and Embraer itself. Now in its 11th year, the event continues to seek cooperative engagement among participants by providing a forum to:

  • Share best practices and experiences
  • Debate cost reduction initiatives
  • Establish a good network within the Embraer fleet community
  • Manage cost reduction projects

THE CHALLENGE

Toward the demand for continuous maintenance cost reduction, the MCW has been covering important aspects of maintenance cost.

This year the attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and share priceless experience with E-Jets and ERJ145 community regarding the main theme - Maintenance Cost Management.

Our program will feature presentations and discussions on a variety of subjects including: processes management, maintenance planning, case studies and more.

ATTENDANCE

As in previous workshops, Embraer expects to welcome delegates from more than 90% of Embraer operators around the world. Attendance of all areas in maintenance organization is encouraged, such as engineering, planning, production, financial, logistics and management. Embraer is honoured in counting with the participation of E-Jets and ERJ145 community to collectively explore ways to address the challenge of maintenance cost reduction.
