Matters concerning business activities are, increasingly, objects of discussion in our society, and Embraer has been keeping an open attitude towards dialog that contributes to growing visibility and transparency.

Through its certified environmental system, the Company uses communication tools to integrate information and assess the needs of the community with a view towards a stable and dynamic relationship. The tools currently used are:

-	Dialogs/lectures in universities/scientific institutions;
-	National and International Supplier Qualification Program;
-	Participation in and contribution to political activities, by means of committees;
-	School and company visits to Embraer premises;
-	Presence in forums.
