Customer Account Manager

At the heart of our Customer Field Support is our staff of "Customer Account Managers." Customer Account Managers are a single point of contact for their assigned customers and are responsible for taking care of all aspects of their operations, including maintenance, flight operations and spare parts. Behind each Customer Account Manager is a fully trained team to assure total customer satisfaction.

Material Support and Logistics

Each team comprises a Spare Parts Representative who is responsible for providing customers with a comprehensive initial provisioning list (IPL) of spare parts and ground support equipment and to make sure that all special tooling needs are addressed.

Once a customer relationship is established, the Spare Parts Representative will work within the customer organization to ensure that all needed parts and tooling are available for all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance services. Parts Representatives at customer sites will assist in planning and ordering spare parts adequately and in a timely fashion.

Technical Support

Customers can also count on the services of a dedicated Technical Representative or may call one of our Regional Technical Representatives or Field Engineers that are always available to assist Embraer customers and who generally serve as the first point of contact for routine technical inquiries.

Flight Operations representatives - licensed pilots - are responsible for assisting customers in dealing with operational issues. They can also help with flight crew training and/or evaluation.

Embraer provides field support worldwide 24 hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year. The main Support Office is in Brazil, in São José dos Campos, SP (SJK). Other Offices are in Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA (FLL), Villepinte, France , Beijing and China. This geographic coverage assures quick and effective responses to all customer questions and ensures that we act proactively with individual customers and anticipate their needs on an ongoing basis.
