Embraer Technical Publications are developed to meet the customer's needs, and to guarantee the access to the correct information for a safe and economic aircraft maintenance.
Our technical publications are based on international standards, and are developed and updated by a team of specialized aeronautical engineers and technicians, who participate in all phases of the project , from development to production. A dedicated team of engineers and technicians also support our technical publications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Embraer uses advanced authoring and editing systems as well as CAD/CAM to produce high-quality technical publications in hard copy and on digital media. Our technical publications are available on CD-ROM and online. We also offer associated services, such as customized publications, specialized management software, customized task cards, and inclusion of maintenance information for items certified by the customer.
Embraer Customer Services (Distribution) distributes all technical publications to our customers in hard copy and/or on CD-ROM, and monitors the distribution of Suppliers' technical publications to the operators, thus assuring that our operators receive, on a timely basis, the latest technical data about the aircraft.
