Embraer Material Support Division provides assistance on spares support and logistics as well as a range of special support programs to help operators reduce costs.

Spares Support

Embraer maintains parts inventories, which are available to our customers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Service is provided through our Sales and Distribution Centers in São José dos Campos (Brazil), Fort Lauderdale (USA), Villepinte (France), Singapore and Beijin (China) or through Embraer´s Distribution Centers in Louisville (USA) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

Provisioning Services

Prior to delivery of aircraft, Embraer Material Support can provide customers with initial spares provisioning recommendation (the Initial Provisioning List or IPL) based on projected utilization, available maintenance capability and special requirements. Embraer's experience along with the utilization of advanced statistics techniques assures the best return over the investment in inventories.

In addition, Embraer Material Support can assess tools, equipment and facilities available at Customer sites and recommend additional items or modifications.

Special Programs

In addition to the sale of new parts and materials, Embraer provides options to reduce Customers' investments in stocks through the following Customized Programs:

- Spare Parts Pool (Fleet Hour Agreement program)
- Consignment Stock
- Exchange Program
- Insurance Items Rental Program (high price and low-utilization items)
- Consumables Consignment
- Repair Management
