CHAPTER 2 - Laws, regulations and other rules and contractual obligations
Art. 2
All actions taken by the Company’s People without exception and wherever they may be acting, must respect all laws, regulations and other rules applicable to the Company.
Art. 3
Anyone aware of any violation of law, regulation or other applicable rules by any of the Company’s People, whether based on actual fact or on reasonable grounds for suspicion, must immediately make a written report to their immediate superior or the Company's legal department.
