CHAPTER 8 - Discrimination and harassment
Art. 35
The Company is committed to providing a workplace environment free from any kind of unlawful discrimination. The Company prohibits any manifestation of discrimination in employment based on race, ethnic origin, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or other legally protected characteristic, and it has adopted criteria for equality, recognition and continuous development of its employees. The Company also prohibits any form of retaliation against employees who complain in good faith about discrimination.
Art. 36
Any type of harassment of Company’s People in the work environment based on a legally protected characteristic is prohibited. This includes any verbal or physical conduct involving humiliating, coercing or threatening employees or managers, or creating a hostile work atmosphere that causes unjustifiable interference in individual performance or affects the working conditions of the person involved.
