Embraer has approximately 4264 engineers performing activities involving production, development, and project monitoring, in addition to other areas in the Company. Through Company sponsorship, several engineers have completed specialization courses in their respective fields as well as masters’ and doctors’ programs.
Based on this group of highly qualified professionals, Embraer is able to develop new projects starting from the most elementary industrial processes to the final integration of systems in its aircraft. Embraer’s engineering staff is renowned internationally for its excellence and creativity.
