I - Definitions and adhesion
1. The definitions utilized in this Policy on Disclosure have the meaning assigned to them in the Definitions Applicable to the Policies on Disclosure and Negotiation.
1. This Term of Adhesion to the present Policy on Disclosure should be signed by Embraer's controlling shareholders, members of the administration bodies and consultative bodies, Embraer's managers and employees who have often access to Relevant Information, and other people that Embraer deems necessary or convenient, who will become Bound People for the purposes anticipated herein.
