II - Purpose
2. The purpose of this Policy on Disclosure is to set forth the rules to be followed by the Director of Relations with Investors and other Bound People as to the disclosure of Relevant Information and maintenance of secrecy concerning Relevant Information that has not yet been disclosed to the public. Embraer's Policy on Disclosure has been prepared under the terms of CVM's Instruction No. 358/2002.
3. Any doubts concerning the provisions in this Policy on Disclosure, the applicable regulation issued by CVM and/or the need for disclosing, or not disclosing, some information to the public, should be clarified with the Compliance Officer appointed by Embraer's Board of Directors.
