4. It is the responsibility of the Director of Relations with Investors of Embraer:

5. The communication of Relevant Information to CVM and Stock Exchanges should be made by letter, describing in detail the acts and/or facts occurred, indicating, whenever possible, the amounts involved and other clarifications.

Simultaneously, the Relevant Information should be disclosed by an announcement published on the newspapers utilized by Embraer, which might contain a brief description of the Relevant Information, provided it indicates an address at Internet where the whole description of the Relevant Information is available, with tenor at least identical to the text sent to CVM and the Stock Exchanges.

7. Any Bound Person who becomes aware of acts or facts that may constitute Relevant Information, should immediately communicate to the Directors of Relations with Investors.

8. The Bound People who are knowledgeable of Relevant Information, whenever they verify some omission in the disclosure of Relevant Information, should communicate the Relevant Information directly to CVM.

9. Whenever any Relevant Information is disclosed by any means of communications, including announcement to the press or at meetings of group entities, investors, analysts or with selected public, in the Country or abroad, the Relevant Information should be simultaneously disclosed to CVM, Stock Exchanges, and the investing public in general.

10. The Relevant Information should preferably be disclosed before the start or after close of business at the Stock Exchanges. If the Stock Exchanges are not operating at the same time, the disclosure should occur observing the working hours of the Stock Exchanges located in Brazil.
