IV - Exception to disclosure of Relevant Information
11. The acts or facts that constitute Relevant Information might not be divulged if its disclosure would endanger Embraer's legitimate interests.
12. Embraer might decide to submit to CVM's appreciation any question concerning disclosure of Relevant Information, which could endanger legitimate interests.
13. Whenever the Relevant Information that has still not been disclosed to the public, becomes known by people other than those who (i) originally were aware of it; and/or (ii) decided to keep confidential the Relevant Information, or if it is found that an atypical oscillation has occurred in the quotation, price or quantity negotiated of the Securities, the Director of Relations with Investors should provide that the Relevant Information be immediately disclosed to the public.
