VI - Obligation of indemnifying

19. The Bound People responsible for the non compliance with any provision contained in this Policy on Disclosure, oblige to refund to Embraer and/or other Bound People, fully and without limitation, all losses that Embraer and/or other Bound People might suffer as a direct or indirect result of such non compliance.
