How is the term of commitment in the Code of Ethics and Conduct used?

The term of endorsement and commitment is used to formalize the acceptance of the Code of Ethics and Conduct. All employees and administrators from Embraer must sign the term of endorsement and commitment and hand it back to the Human Resources Department in the unit where they are based, where it will be placed in their file.
