The Global Compact is an initiative developed by the United Nations with the aim of mobilizing the international business community to adopt fundamental values that are internationally accepted in the domains of human rights, work relations, the environment and the fight against corruption in business practices.
Embraer formally adhered to the Global Compact on June 11th, 2008, and included it in its Code of Ethics and Conduct for all employees and administrators to adopt its principles.
