Am I infringing on the Code of Ethics and Conduct if I use a personal USB port, like a pen drive, at Embraer?

The violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct is in the improper use of the data storage equipment at Embraer, regardless if the pen drive is personal property or Embraer property. Understand that improper use is the act of saving data from Embraer without prior authorization and knowledge from the manager. This authorization must come from your direct manager and must respect the classification of the data/archive’s information.
