What must I do if I witness some sort of illicit practice or favoring of some kind?

The eyes of our staff are the eyes of the Company. If you witness a situation that isn’t in accordance with the legislation or accounting practice in place, or is a violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, you must report it to your direct superior. Embraer offers a communication tool called the Report of Misconduct, in which, in anonymous and confidential manner, you can register violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and accounting practices. Use this with seriousness and respect. Avoid registering complaints, be clear and present evidence. Do not use this channel to register facts for which you are not certain or that you have not witnessed.
