What can I do if my direct superior asks me for something that goes against standard procedures?

All employees must act with due diligence and integrity while at work, in conformity with the law, internal procedures and the Company’s standard of ethics. This is a basic principle independent of hierarchy. Use communication and try to understand the reasons for the demand. If this persists, use the Report of Misconduct.
