Can I use a Company car for the weekend if I pay for gas?

Use of Embraer vehicles out of working hours or for reasons that are not work-based is prohibited. Their use outside working hours must be avoided. If this should happen, the employee runs the risk of being held responsible for damages that might occur, as stated in Article 462 §1° CLT (Work Laws Consolidation)
