The inspiration came from the concept of In-Flight Refueling (REVO), present in the new generation of military aircraft, the 'KC-390 Millennium', where one aircraft can transfer fuel to another during flight, allowing them to continue their mission.
This is the REVOAR Program: its objective is to support low-income university students to continue their studies upon entering university, allowing them to continue their journey in this flight that integrates private companies, society, and cutting-edge Brazilian technology.
In partnership with the Semear Institute, a non-profit organization, the program offers financial aid (R$6,000/year) in the first and second years of undergraduate studies, in addition to psychological support and career mentoring with volunteers. To become a donor to the Program, simply fill out the form below and choose the amount of your contribution – which is personalized, starting from twenty-five reais per month (R$25).
Graduates received R$6.000,00 for housing and food expenses.
Online and one-on-one meetings with Embraer employee volunteers.
In partnership with Semear Institute, a non-profit organization in Brazil, graduates are supported with a monthly face-to-face meeting, with a focus on the socio-emotional development.
To select scholarship recipients, the Embraer Institute considered criteria such as being under 20 years of age, being a former student of one of the Embraer College units in the "social" category, or from the public school system in Gavião Peixoto.
The Semear Institute is an NGO founded in 2010 with the goal of offering development opportunities to low-income university students, enabling them to remain in higher education and pursue their dreams. Throughout its history, it has impacted over 5,000 young people, and the dropout rate among scholarship recipients is zero, highlighting the importance of financial and psychological support during this transition from school to university life.
In Brazil, if we gathered together all the people who dropped out of university due to lack of resources in 2020, 46 Maracanã stadiums would be completely full.
We invite you to become a financial donor to the Embraer Institute. Help talented young people begin their university journey with greater peace of mind.
