There are at least 4,000 species of birds that migrate. Birds have evolved different migration patterns that send them around the globe in search of food, shelter, or a change in climate.

When these birds set out on their epic journeys, they are capable of crossing oceans connecting continents, flying vast distances to reach their destinations.

Humans aren’t that much different in our desire for motion and movement. Instead, we choose to use various modes of transportation to move us from point A to point B. Some choose a bicycle and others choose vehicles, but if you’re looking to cross an ocean, wings do help.

Long-distance flying that transcends perceptions

Both the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 aircraft deliver unparalleled performance, comfort and technology. The Praetor 600 is the first jet in its class with a range over 4,000 nm, making it capable of ocean-spanning, continent to continent flights. This means that flights like Paris to New York or São Paulo to Miami are the new normal for a super-midsize.

The midsize Praetor 500 flies from corner to corner across the North American continent. With its best-in-class range of 3,340 nm, the Praetor 500 easily connects Miami to Seattle and San Francisco to New York. This makes it easy for you to conduct business on the west coast by getting there from the east coast quickly, or vice versa.

Extend your domain

The Praetor aircraft extends your domain by allowing access to challenging airports. The Praetor 500 and the Praetor 600 have enviable takeoff field performance and provides access to a wider variety of airports including those with short runways such as Santa Monica (3,500 feet/1,067 m) and Angra dos Reis (2,995 feet/913 m). The Praetor 600 can land in 2,165 feet/660 m (unfactored), and the Praetor 500 can land in 2,086 feet/636 m (unfactored).
