Dubai, UAE, November 16, 2025 – Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3), a global leader in the aerospace industry, and Airlink, Southern Africa’s premier airline, have signed a Component Pool Program agreement to support ten new Embraer E195-E2 jets that Airlink is currently acquiring through a series of leases with Azorra.

Airlink already benefits from Embraer’s Pool Program for the support of the remainder of its all-Embraer fleet. With the inclusion of the new E2s, the program will ultimately cover 78 aircraft, helping the carrier reduce fleet downtime and optimizing its operational reliability and availability.

Airlink has been an Embraer customer since 2001, with its fleet operating flights to 47 destinations in 15 Southern and East African countries, including Madagascar and St Helena Island, as well as non-commercial charters to Ascension Island in the South Atlantic.

“Expanding the Embraer component inventory agreement to cover our new Embraer E195-E2s will provide us with the security we need as we deploy the aircraft. It will help us achieve the maximum operational, commercial and economic benefits we expect to derive from the new additions to our fleet,” said Airlink CEO, de Villiers Engelbrecht.

“We are proud to support the E2 operations at Airlink, a flagship example of innovation and efficiency in regional aviation. Embraer deeply values the trust Airlink has placed in our aircraft and services, and we remain dedicated to empowering their success with the most advanced solutions in the industry. This Pool Program agreement reflects our commitment to operational excellence and reinforces Embraer’s role in supporting Airlink’s growth strategy in the region,” says Carlos Naufel, President and CEO, Embraer Services & Support.

Embraer’s Pool Program offers comprehensive component support to airlines worldwide, leveraging the company’s technical expertise and extensive services network. The program delivers significant savings and economies in component repair and inventory holding costs, reduces warehousing needs, and operates within a framework of guaranteed performance levels. Embraer Services & Support provides a wide range of customized solutions designed to enhance the after-sales experience and support the growing global fleet of Embraer aircraft.
