Under the Industrial Participation Agreement with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Embraer has signed new cooperation agreements with TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS, strengthening its alignment with the Dutch defense ecosystem.

With TNO, Embraer will collaborate on multi-agent systems and data management to support surveillance missions and enhance operational responsiveness.
