Fort Worth, Texas, December 8, 2025 – The Embraer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established by Embraer in 2017 to advance the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the United States, announced the awarding of grants to four Dallas-Fort Worth-based organizations. The announcement followed the ceremonial groundbreaking of Embraer’s new commercial Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport, reinforcing the Foundation’s commitment to investing in the communities where Embraer employees live and work.

The grants, totaling $65,000, were awarded through the Foundation’s Educational Partnership Program (EPP) and (e)NVEST in Communities program, which supports initiatives that address critical community needs in education, housing, food insecurity and workforce development. The 2025 Dallas-Fort Worth grant recipients include:

Educational Partnership Program Grants

·       Tarrant County College to provide scholarships that cover industry testing expenses for A&P students as we collectively seek to build a diverse workforce.

·       $25,000 to the U.S. Aviation Academy to support A&P students by eliminating financial barriers associated with tuition, fees, and equipment.

(e)NVEST in Communities Grants

·       $10,000 to the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center to support the DreamLaunch Tour, an interactive program introducing Dallas-Fort Worth students to aviation in partnership with FAA Aviation Ambassador Jamail Larkins.

·       $5,000 to the Perot Museum of Nature & Science to support access to the museum’s STEM programming for Title 1 students. By breaking down barriers and opening doors to science and discovery, the Perot Museum is inspiring the next generation of innovators, dreamers and doers.

“Investing in the Dallas-Fort Worth region means investing in the people and programs that inspire and prepare the next generation. Through these grants, we are proud to expand access to STEM education and aviation pathways for students who may not otherwise have the opportunity,” said Monica Newman McCluney, Head of U.S. Corporate Social Responsibility & The Embraer Foundation. “The Embraer Foundation is deeply committed to supporting the communities where our employees live and work – and to strengthening the future of aviation right here in North Texas.”

The groundbreaking ceremony marked a major milestone in Embraer’s growth in North America, with local officials, Embraer executives, and representatives from partner organizations in attendance to celebrate the start of construction on the new MRO facility. The facility will strengthen Embraer’s commercial aviation support capabilities and create new opportunities for skilled jobs in the region.
