Kielce, Poland, August 29, 2025 – Embraer (NYSE: ERJ/ B3:EMBR3), a global leader in aerospace, is proud to announce its debut participation at MSPO, Poland’s premier international defense industry exhibition, taking place in Kielce, September 2-5. As part of its growing presence in Europe, Embraer will be actively promoting its cutting-edge KC-390 Millennium multi-mission aircraft to Poland and key stakeholders in the region in Hall 1 (Booth E18).

“We are excited to participate in MSPO for the first time. This prestigious event represents a valuable opportunity to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation that unite us with our Polish partners. We regard Poland as a nation with a rich and distinguished aerospace heritage, and as a vital member of NATO”, said Bosco da Costa Junior, President and CEO of Embraer Defense & Security. “Embraer is committed to fostering meaningful collaboration with the Polish defense industry, and we believe the KC-390 Millennium could play a key role in enhancing regional capabilities and interoperability.”

Embraer’s participation at MSPO also reaffirms its commitment to develop long-term cooperation with the Polish defense and aerospace industry. The company is actively building a robust European ecosystem around the KC-390, fostering synergies in areas such as training, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and R&D. This initiative not only strengthens defense capabilities across Europe but also promotes strategic interoperability among allied nations.

Embraer’s exhibition in Poland underscores its strategic vision for Europe, where the KC-390 is quickly becoming the tactical transport platform of choice among NATO countries. By investing in partnerships and innovation, Embraer aims to contribute to a more integrated and resilient European defense landscape.

Since entering operation with the Brazilian Air Force in 2019, the Portuguese Air Force in 2023 and, most recently with the Hungarian Air Force in 2024, the KC-390 Millennium has proven its capability, reliability, and performance. The current fleet in operation has demonstrated a mission capability rate of 93% and mission completion rates above 99%. So far, this 21st century aircraft has been chosen by 11 Air Forces worldwide, including eight European countries and seven NATO members.

The KC-390 can carry more payload (26 tons) compared to other medium-sized military transport aircraft and flies faster (470 knots) and farther, being capable of performing a wide range of missions, such as transporting and dropping cargo and troops, medical evacuation, search and rescue, firefighting and humanitarian missions, operating on temporary or unpaved runways, such as packed earth, soil and gravel. The aircraft configured with air-to-air refueling equipment, with the designation KC-390, has already proven its aerial refueling capacity both as a tanker and as a receiver, in this case by receiving fuel from another KC-390 using pods installed under the wings.
